DESPRE BRANDING
Auditul de brand reprezintă un proces ce folosește instrumente de management, de vânzări, de marketing, sociologice, coroborate cu date și instrumente specifice. Unul dintre rezultatele procesului de branding este tocmai strategia de branding care definește:
• viziunea brandului (ce dorește brandul să devină);
• promisiunile brandului (angajamentul brandului în faţa clienţilor);
• poziţionarea brandului (cum dorești ca brandul tău să fie perceput și care sunt avantajele competitive);
• procesul de livrare (cum dorești să-ţi împlinești promisiunea făcută în faţa clienţilor și care sunt acţiunile întreprinse pentru aceasta).
