Trecut, prezent si viitor in publicitatea medicamentelor

REZUMAT
Acest articol abordeaza dintr-o alta perspectiva tema publicitatii medicamentelor de uz uman, atentia centrandu-se pe publicitatea medicamentelor fara prescriptie medicala. Articolul cuprinde tematici diferite si de interes din publicitatea medicamentelor OTC, cum ar fi trecerea de la era nereglementata la un cadru legal clar si coerent, multiplele transformari ale publicitatii medicamentelor de-a lungul timpului, formele de publicitate agreate in Romania si elementele obligatorii care trebuie incluse pe materialele publicitare destinate publicului larg si profesionistilor din domeniul sananatii, o comparatie intre cadrul european si legislatia nationala, despre efectele pe care le poate avea publicitatea medicamentelor si impactul acesteia asupra pacientului. Articolul de fata cuprinde, de asemenea, aspecte legate de viitorul publicitatii medicamentelor.
