REZUMAT
Calciul și clorura de calciu sunt considerate elemente nutritive esențiale atât pentru om, cât și pentru alte specii de animale. În ceea ce privește oamenii sănătoși, nivelul tolerabil superior admis pentru calciu este
stabilit la 2.500 mg/zi (echivalent cu 6,9 g CaCl2 pe zi) și aportul de referință de nutrient pentru clorură este de 2.500 mg/zi (echivalentul a 3,9 g CaCl2 pe zi).
